Introduction:
Isomerized hop extract has better bitter value comparing to ordinary hop extract. Besides it has better solubility and higher utilization rate and easier to handle in brewing beer. It is becoming more and more popular for brewery.
And isomerized hop extract shows good activity in antibacterial esp. G+ bacterial.
They could inhabit the Growth of G+ bacterial and works in very low amount (ppm level).
Hop products are very economy and effective antibacterial ingredients used in fuel ethanol production, fermentation process and food area.
Series of Hop products could be used for antioxidant products: α-acid and β-acid products. Iso- α-acid(means isomerized α-acid) could work better in antibacterial side. Also it has good water solubility comparing to α-acid products.

Storage: Store in cool & dry place. Keep away from strong light & heat.
Shelf life: Two (2) years when properly stored.
